I am a Registered Nurse with a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) specializing in Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), clinical documentation support, and care coordination for physician practices.

My nursing background includes experience in both medical-surgical and critical care settings, where I developed strong clinical assessment, patient management, and interdisciplinary communication skills while caring for patients with complex medical conditions and chronic diseases.

In addition to bedside nursing, I have held roles as a charge nurse, clinical educator, quality nurse, and documentation specialist. These positions provided experience in clinical leadership, staff education, quality improvement initiatives, and the importance of accurate clinical documentation in supporting patient care and healthcare operations.

Through my work in quality and documentation improvement, I developed a strong understanding of documentation standards, CPT coding awareness, and the requirements associated with CCM and RPM programs. This experience provided valuable insight into the challenges practices face when balancing patient care, documentation demands, and the ongoing management of patients with chronic conditions.

I support physician practices by assisting with patient outreach, care plan management, care coordination, remote monitoring follow-up, and accurate documentation that aligns with CCM and RPM program requirements. By helping manage these processes between office visits, I support continuity of care for patients while allowing providers to focus on in-office clinical care.
